SDR – Sales Development Representative- Spécialiste B2B

Dans cette optique, nous recherchons un SDR (Sales Development Representative) motivé, prêt à relever des défis et capable de générer des opportunités en ciblant des clients potentiels dans un environnement B2B.
En tant que premier point de contact, vous jouerez un rôle crucial en identifiant des prospects qualifiés, en organisant des rendez-vous pour des présentations commerciales et en contribuant activement à notre croissance. Vos missions- Réaliser un minimum de 50 appels sortants par jour pour prospecter activement et engager des contacts avec des clients potentiels.
- Identifier les besoins spécifiques des prospects en utilisant une approche consultative et proposer les solutions adaptées aux produits et services du client.
- Planifier des rendez-vous qualifiés en vue de présenter les solutions et de conclure des opportunités.
- Gérer et maintenir un pipeline structuré de prospects intéressés en garantissant un suivi rigoureux via le CRM.
- Analyser les résultats des campagnes, ajuster les approches et contribuer à l’amélioration des processus de génération de leads.
- Respecter et dépasser les quotas et objectifs fixés.
- Expérience confirmée dans le B2B, avec un minimum d’un an en tant que SDR, téléprospecteur ou dans un rôle similaire.
- Une fibre commerciale naturelle en vente directe et/ou indirecte.
- Compétences démontrées en prospection téléphonique, avec un track record de rendez-vous qualifiés générés.
- Idéalement avec des connaissances techniques dans le domaine informatique (OS Windows, logiciels, réseaux) et une bonne compréhension de l’univers de la GED.
- Forte capacité d’écoute active et excellentes compétences en communication, que ce soit au téléphone ou par email.
- Proactif, autonome et orienté vers les résultats, avec une véritable ambition de dépasser les objectifs fixés.
- Bonne maîtrise d’un CRM ou d’une base de données commerciale pour le suivi des prospects.
- Langue maternelle française (écrit et oral) ou niveau C1 minimum– l’anglais est un atout.
