El candidato ideal tendrá un mínimo de 5 años de experiencia en el uso de tecnologías, aplicaciones y prácticas para recopilar, integrar, analizar y presentar datos. Con equipo a su cargo, liderará el área de datos y facturación en el área de performance marketing global en MANGO.
Ofrecemos teletrabajo al 50% y posibilidad de trabajar en nuestras oficinas en el 22@ (Barcelona ciudad), transporte gratuito de empresa en el caso de que quieras venir a trabajar ocasionalmente a HQ.
Responsabilidades:
Transformar preguntas de negocio y de marketing en análisis basados en datos y toma de decisiones. Revisión de oportunidades de crecimiento en inversión de marketing en base al comportamiento de países, canales, categorías. Liderazgo en el desarrollo de proyectos basados en diferentes herramientas y en base a resultados históricos y previsiones futuras. Desarrollo de dashboards y templates. Asegurar la accesibilidad de los informes y su comprensión. Propuesta de mejora continua en base a los resultados, tests y optimizaciones realizadas. Análisis y desarrollo de previsiones a futuro en base análisis de datos históricos como inversión y rentabilidad. Uso de herramientas para diferentes proyectos que pueden incluir BigQyery, PowerBI, Python, Google Analytics, Excel y otras herramientas internas. Facturación de las diferentes herramientas de analítica y publicidad digital. Colaboración en equipo con otros departamentos como finanzas global, advanced analytics y área de Cliente para una visión Customer-centric con el objetivo de maximizar los resultados del eCommerce. Requisitos:
Grado en Economía, Administración de Empresas, Matemáticas, Estadística o BigData. Al menos 5 años de experiencia en eCommerce Analytics, data science, consultoría o marketing digital. Inglés avanzado escrito y oral. Uso avanzando de Excel. Experiencia trabajando con alguna de las siguientes herramientas: Snowflake, Funnel, Looker, BI, SAP. Persona con alto pensamiento analítico, crítico y estratégico.
