¿Qué buscamos?

Como Junior Marketing Technical Assistant en ORBIDI, tu misión será el formar parte del crecimiento y éxito de las campañas de outbound para captación de clientes. Serás responsable de configurar, monitorizar y mantener el sistema de generación de leads, llevando la estrategia de adquisición al siguiente nivel.

Responsabilidades:

Configuración y monitorización de líneas de teléfono para el departamento de marketingSoporte en el área de SDR Generación de leadsReportes y análisis de Kpi'sApoyar al equipo en la configuración y personalización de herramientas de trabajo (CRM, Gestor de centralitas, etc.).Resolver problemas técnicos diarios y gestión de incidencias en las principales herramientas de trabajoSeguimiento con proveedores para la ejecución de campañas¿Qué te hará triunfar en la posición?
FP grado medio o superior informática, superior marketing y publicidad administración o similares. Buena comunicación escrita, visión comercial, gestión de conversaciones con clientes potenciales rápida y eficiente.Conocimiento básico de herramientas de datos, CRM.Nivel medio de Excel.
