El rol:

Estamos buscando un/a Talent Acquisition Specialist para incorporarse al equipo de HR. Tu principal misión será liderar los principales procesos propios del departamento, poniendo especial foco en la contratación y onboarding

¿Cuál será tu misión?.

Liderar los procesos de selección end to end. El objetivo, encontrar el mejor talento y cubrir las vacantes con los tiempos de ORBIDIAsegurar el correcto proceso de onboarding de nuevas incorporacionesProponer e implantar mejoras en los procesos de contratación existentes e incorporar procedimientos nuevos.

Lo que te hará triunfar:

Experiencia previa gestionando procesos de contratación, especialmente en entornos Startups o en empresas de rápido crecimientoSoft skills: People person Experiencia trabajado con herramientas de recruiting y gestión de procesos de contratación (ej. Teamtailor, Holded, etc.)Capacidad de trabajo en entorno digital, que disfrutes de un entorno ágil y dinámico.Adaptable a los cambios organizativos.Buena comprensión del ciclo completo de contratación y un conocimiento sólido de la legislación laboral.
