El reto

LAKMÉ sigue creciendo y por ello, buscamos a un o una Customer Success Specialist que se encargue de realizar el seguimiento y la venta telefónica de nuestros productos a salones de peluquería de España, proporcionando un excelente servicio al cliente.

Trabajando de la mano con el Area Manager de España te ocuparás de:

  • Realizar llamadas salientes a clientes existentes y potenciales para retomar el contacto, dar a conocer nuestra marca y nuestro portfolio de productos.
  • Asesorar a los clientes sobre los productos, sus beneficios y usos, y sobre como realizar las pedidos por medio de nuestra web B2B.
  • Identificar y entender las necesidades del cliente para ofrecerle las mejores soluciones, correlacionándolas también con las necesidades empresariales, siendo capaz de crear valor en el proceso de venta y de mejora continua de la organización.
  • Gestionar y mantener una base de datos de clientes actualizada.
  • Establecer e implementar tácticas para alcanzar y superar los objetivos de ventas establecidos a nivel individual y de equipo.
  • Proporcionar un excelente servicio al cliente, resolviendo dudas y manejando cualquier queja de manera eficiente y profesional.
  • Recopilar y reportar información sobre la competencia y las tendencias del mercado.

Requisitos:

Eres la persona que estamos buscando si tienes:

  • Al menos 2 años de experiencia en ventas telefónicas.
  • Ser capaz de analizar los datos de venta para ofrecer planes de desarrollo de la cartera, alineados con los objetivos del proyecto.
  • Excelentes habilidades de: comunicación y persuasión, orientación a resultados, trabajo en equipo, organización y gestión del tiempo.

Valorable:

  • Catalán.
  • Conocimientos de herramientas de visualización de datos (ej. QlikView o similares).
  • Experiencia en sector de cosmética (estética, capilar, etc.)
