Position Overview

Se responsabilizará de la captación y gestión de clientes empresas mediante la comercialización de los productos y servicios financieros orientados a este segmento, así como de la gestión de riesgos de las distintas operaciones.

Responsabilidades del puesto

Conocer el micro-mercado del entorno de su Centro de Empresas. Realizar todas las acciones necesarias encaminadas a conseguir los objetivos de negocio, impulsando las políticas comerciales definidas a tal efecto. Captar nuevos clientes y negocio, siendo pro-activo en la búsqueda de nuevos clientes y cumpliendo con las obligaciones formales y de análisis del riesgo de potenciales clientes, con carácter previo a la propuesta de adopción y revisión. Realizar el seguimiento de la información comercial (consecución presupuestaria, evolución de Campañas, informes de rentabilidad, etc.) y revisar periódicamente la consecución de su Plan de Ventas. Mantener informados a sus clientes sobre la oferta de servicios y productos establecidos para Banca de Empresas, así como identificar continuamente nuevas oportunidades de venta de productos y servicios que puedan mejorar su fidelización con el Banco. Asegurar que las operaciones de riesgo que plantee son adecuadas al perfil del cliente, tienen sentido económico y cumplen los criterios establecidos por la normativa en vigor. Colaborar con el departamento de Riesgos en el proceso de análisis, aprobación y seguimiento de todos los riesgos asignados a su cartera. Confeccionar las Propuestas y Protocolos de Riesgos de su cartera de clientes aportando información/documentación fiable que garantice una correcta evaluación del riesgo y cumpliendo con los plazos establecidos en su renovación. Asegurar que los expedientes de operaciones de riesgo de su cartera contienen toda la documentación requerida por el protocolo y cumplen con los requisitos de calidad exigidos. Monitorizar la evolución de las operaciones de riesgo concedidas a su cartera de clientes y, cuando sea necesario, comunicar las posibles situaciones de deterioro del cliente o del riesgo concedido (para ello deberá seguir periódicamente el desarrollo económico del cliente y visitar periódicamente sus instalaciones). Asegurar un nivel excelente de atención y servicio a todos sus clientes y potenciales, de forma eficaz y eficiente en todos sus cometidos, de acuerdo a la normativa que establezca el Banco. Asegurar una adecuada rentabilidad para el Banco del negocio captado y del gestionado de acuerdo con los parámetros establecidos, siempre velando por los intereses del cliente.

Experiencia

Se valorará experiencia mínima de 1-2 años en la gestión de clientes y comercialización de productos bancarios.

Formación / Perfil personal

Titulación universitaria, preferiblemente Empresariales y/o Económicas. Certificaciones MiFID II, LCCI, Seguros. Buena capacidad de relación y comunicación. Alta orientación al cliente. Orientación a resultados y a consecución de objetivos. Alta capacidad de trabajo en equipo. Capacidad de planificación. Iniciativa.
