Responsabilidades

Realizar estudios de mercado, identificación oportunidades de negocio y necesidades de los clientesProveer un excelente servicio al cliente a lo largo de todas las instancias del vínculo comercial.Llevar a cabo la presentación, promoción y venta de nuestros productos en base a argumentos sólidos.Negociar acuerdos de distribución, incluidos los volúmenes de venta y los márgenesGestionar los requisitos de los distribuidores y coordinar sus necesidadesDiseñar, ejecutar y analizar calendarios promocionales, campañas y otros soportes de venta tanto para clientes finales como distribuidoresConstruir relaciones comerciales de largo término con actuales y nuevos clientes basándose siempre en nuestros valores de excelencia y mejora continua.Buscar nuevos clientes y distribuidores para conseguir los objetivos de crecimiento de la compañía.Reportar semanalmente el estado de las ventas acorde al objetivo mensual y previsión anual para visibilizar el estado real de las ventas que permita detectar riesgos, oportunidades y agilizar la toma de decisiones.Colaborar en la definición de objetivos mensuales y anualesParticipar en estrategias de MarketingSupervisar y coordinar el equipo de ventas.Generar base de datos, alimentar CRM y control de su Pipe Line.

Requisitos

Grado en Ventas, Marketing, ADE o campo relacionadoSe valorará experiencia en ventas en el canal veterinarioSe valorará experiencia en la venta de licencias de software de telemedicina.Idiomas: Español (nativo preferentemente) e inglés (B2 mínimo)Experiencia sólida y comprobable como Sales Manager o posición similarExperiencia laboral comprobable en la negociación de acuerdos de distribuciónHistorial de métricas de rendimiento superiorHabilidades básicas de administraciónProfesional orientado al servicio al clienteAmplia disponibilidad para realizar viajes de negociosAmplios conocimientos de CRM Software y MS OfficeExcelentes habilidades comunicativas y de negociaciónTalento comercial, orientación a objetivos y resolución de conflictosPensamiento estratégico y habilidades para gestionar y trabajar en equipoProfesional proactivo/a, curioso/a, con iniciativa y amor por los animales
