Junior Store Manager

Job Responsibilities:- Assist the Store Manager in sales and operations, providing excellent customer service and sales support.
- Closely work with the Store Manager to achieve sales and operational goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and operational activities.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure seamless customer service and sales support.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and operational targets.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A stable project with a permanent contract and social benefits (meal ticket, childcare ticket, medical mutual).
- A part-time schedule of 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a minimum of two Saturdays per month.
- A well-connected workplace, accessible by private transportation (we have parking in all our facilities) or public transportation.
