At Converse, we're looking for a talented Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the effective running of the store, focusing on profit and loss control, customer satisfaction, and shrinkage results.
Key Responsibilities:- Create an inviting store environment to guarantee a unique shopping experience for customers.
- Coordinate, support, and supervise a diverse team to ensure an excellent working atmosphere.
- Manage store budgets and operational processes to achieve sales goals, optimize performance, and increase customer satisfaction.
- Support and lead the implementation of CONVERSE strategies in the store, including sustainability, NIKE Inc. membership, and digital offers.
- Provide insights to optimize the positioning of your store in the local market.
- Ensure all CONVERSE standards and guidelines are adhered to.
- Work in cooperation with various business partners from stores and headquarters.

- 5 years or more of retail and/or leadership experience.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).

- Independent and solution-oriented way of working.
- The talent to build, develop, and strengthen a strong team.
- Willingness to work weekends and shifts.
