We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to join our team at Alohas. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of fashion-forward and customer service-driven individuals who are eager to revolutionize the retail experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team in a dynamic, positive manner, ensuring the store meets sales goals and KPIs.
- Report on store performance and KPIs, collaborating with other Alohas teams to create action plans and maximize store potential.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards and transmit the Alohas concept to visitors, helping them find the perfect product while explaining our unique approach to fashion.
- Manage stock levels through visual merchandising and in-store activations.
- Maintain deep product knowledge, from materials to styles, and assist clients with purchase, shipping, and delivery methods that best meet their needs.
- Occasionally support content creation for social media teams by capturing photos or videos of the store or products.
- Apply Alohas' spirit in daily activities, demonstrating autonomy, agility, and responsibility to make decisions that support the team.
- Provide feedback to improve the ongoing retail strategy.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager, preferably in premium fashion retail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to synthesize strategic and operational information for decision-making.
- Strategic vision and business analytics skills, with a data-driven approach to decisions.
- Knowledgeable about CRM strategies in the premium retail sector.
- Deep passion for fashion and product knowledge.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Love working in a team, are KPI-driven, and have a customer-first mindset.
