Gestionar y supervisar las operaciones financieras diarias.Contabilidad General de algunas Compañías del GrupCierres contables, balances.Cálculo y liquidaciones de Impuestos Mensuales/Trimestrales (IVA, IRPF, Seguridad Social). Elaboración y seguimiento de control presupuestario. Control, gestión y seguimiento de facturación y cobros a Clientes e Inquilinos. Gestión de documentación y control interno. Conciliación Bancaria Participar en la planificación financiera y presupuestaria.Realizar análisis de costos y proyecciones financieras.Participar en las auditorías internas y externas.Proporcionar soporte al departamento comercial en asuntos financieros. Elaborar informes comerciales semanales y mensuales.Apoyo y seguimiento en aspectos administrativos de los puntos de venta.Gestión documental.Elaboración de contratos.Atención al cliente.Seguimiento de la selección de acabados de cliente.Gestión de expedientes de PBC.Organización de escrituras de compraventaCarga de las promociones, listados de contactos y supervisión del CRMAyuda en la elaboración del BP semestral ¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?El/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:
Título universitario en Contabilidad, Finanzas o campo relacionado.Experiencia en contabilidad (valorable sector real estate)Muy valorable conocimientos de PrinexConocimientos sólidos de software de contabilidad y MS Office.Gran capacidad para la resolución de problemas y habilidades analíticas.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal en español. ¿Cuáles son tus beneficios?
