What's the scope?

In this role, you will be our HR Business Partner for the Sales functions across Italy, Spain, Portugal, and France. You will be working closely with the Director, HRBP Sales EMEA, to support organizational growth through strategic HR initiatives.

Your responsibilities as our Manager HRBP Southern Europe;

People Strategy: Translate business goals into effective HR strategies, partnering with senior sales teams to develop and implement progressive people strategies.

Organizational Design: Assist in organizational planning and effectiveness, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives and managing reactive organizational changes.

Workforce Planning & Recruitment: Provide guidance on long-term headcount planning, manage recruitment processes, and conduct interviews for key and managerial roles across the regions.

People Development: Collaborate on talent development and succession planning within local sales departments, support performance management processes, and communicate learning needs.

Employee Relations: Offer guidance on employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and implement effective change management protocols.

Total Rewards: Support people leaders with the annual merit cycle, providing clarity and guidance on compensation actions.

Payroll Management: Ensure high standards in payroll preparation and follow-up, coordinating with the local HR team.

Skills for Success:

8+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment with multiple locations, preferably in retail.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or a related field.

Fluent in Spanish, Italian, and English, French is a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.
