¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?
Ejecutar el programa de cumplimiento KYC para prevenir el blanqueo de dinero, la financiación del terrorismo, el fraude, la corrupción y el soborno.
Mantener contactos diarios con el Responsable de Cumplimiento Normativo sobre cualquier asunto relacionado con las operaciones comerciales.
Codirigir con el Asesor Jurídico todos los asuntos relacionados con el RGPD.
Llevar a cabo exámenes de los asegurados.
Evaluar los riesgos de los asegurados y los corredores.
Apoyo en asuntos jurídicos relacionados con negocios futuros y en curso.
Redacción de contragarantías, notas de cobertura e informes jurídicos.
Asistencia en auditorías externas e internas.
Análisis jurídico de contratos.
Realizar otras tareas relacionadas que le asigne o solicite el Director General.
Realizar evaluaciones de riesgos de cedentes y corredores.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
Grado y/o licenciatura en Derecho.
Valorable Máster en Compliance
Nivel de inglés avanzado/ C1.
Mínimo de 2 años de experiencia demostrada, preferiblemente en el sector de los seguros
Capacidad para desenvolverse en un entorno rápido y cambiante.
