Key Responsibilities- Reinsurance Account Administration: Ensure the accurate and timely processing of reinsurance accounts and contracts, including the management of cash flow and the resolution of discrepancies.
- Underwriting Support: Provide administrative support to underwriters, including the preparation of contractual documents and the submission of claims advice.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to underwriters to inform their decision-making.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with sanctions and embargos by scanning relevant lists and forwarding any issues to underwriters for further investigation.
- Documentation: Ensure the completeness and proper filing of underwriting and accounting documentation, including physical archiving where necessary.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of significant working experience in reinsurance accounting and underwriting assistance.
- Skills: Advanced MS Office skills, advanced analytical skills, and accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
