Key Responsibilities:- Enter and modify entries in OMEGA, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Review contractual documents, submit them to underwriters for signature, and address ambiguities or changes.
- Process reinsurance accounts and claims advices, resolving discrepancies with underwriters, cedents, and brokers.
- Manage cash flow, including outgoing and incoming payments, and follow up on pending payments and open balances.
- Perform ICS controls, supporting underwriters in their performance of these controls.
- Monitor client accounts and statistics using internal reports, performing data analysis and providing tailored reports to underwriters.
- Ensure compliance with sanctions and embargos, scanning relevant lists and forwarding to underwriters for further investigation if necessary.
- Maintain accurate and proper filing of underwriting and accounting documentation, including physical archiving where electronic signatures are not permitted.
