Descripción
Reportando al Director Comercial de la compañía el profesional deberá:
Conseguir el objetivo es mejorar la operativa comercial de tiendas (Canal Presencial Directo) y Responsables de Negocio (comerciales/delegados de zona) del Canal Presencial Indirecto.Dinamizar y estructurar la relación entre "Ventas" y "Producto".Atendiendo a los dos objetivos anteriores:
- Analizar y definir las oportunidades y puntos fuertes actuales en la operativa de ventas y relación con Producto.
- Proponer e implementar decisiones de negocio, diseño organizativo, y procesos y herramientas. ¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
- Imprescindible experiencia previa en este tipo de posición con carrera previa en fuerza de venta o similar.
- Experiencia previa en seguros o automoción o sectores afines como FMCG, HORECA, farma, tabaco...
- 3 años en puesto similar de TRADE, o adicional experiencia en KAM, Area Manager...
- Licenciado con Master o similar. ADE, económicas o ing de organización, análisis de mercados, ...
- Inglés B2 mínimo
- Herramientas de análisis de datos y capacidad analítica
- Carnet de conducir
- Disponibilidad para vijar 40% del tiempo inicialmente.
