Essential Functions:

Demand Planning:

Lead the demand planning process to ensure accurate and timely forecasts.Utilize statistical models and market insights to develop demand forecasts.Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to incorporate market trends and business intelligence into forecasts.

S&OP Process Management:Drive the monthly S&OP process to align supply and demand plans with business objectives.Facilitate S&OP meetings, ensuring effective communication and decision-making across functions.Develop and present S&OP performance metrics and reports to senior management.

Inventory and Supply Chain Optimization:Ensure optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing costs.Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to balance supply with demand.Identify and mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions and capacity constraints.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:Act as a liaison between various departments, including sales, marketing, finance, production, and logistics.Foster a collaborative environment to ensure alignment and effective execution of supply chain strategies.Work closely with regional and global teams to align strategies and share best practices.

Performance Monitoring and Improvement:Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand planning, inventory management, and S&OP effectiveness.Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance forecasting accuracy and supply chain efficiency.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement.

Systems and Tools Management:Utilize advanced planning systems and tools (e.g., MSD, Farsight) to support demand planning and S&OP processes.Ensure data integrity and accuracy within planning systems.Lead the implementation of new tools and technologies to enhance supply chain capabilities.

Logistics:Coordinate and oversee the logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution. ¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

What It Takes:

Extensive experience and understanding of inventory control, demand planning, and Logistics operations.Demonstrated ability to optimize process flow to improve efficiency.Cross - Functional project management experience.First class collaborator, hands on leader driving improvementsAbility to coach, teach and mentor your colleagues.Natural communicator with a strong sense of urgency.Strong Facilitation skills change management experience.Autonomous comfortable with remote management.

Qualifications, experience, knowledge:High school degree is required.Experience in the similar role 5 years+Fluent in English, any other language is a plus.Proficiency in the use of excel.MSD / D365 and power BI knowledge
