Job Description Summary

Zone General Manager is responsible for managing the overall sales effort supporting the business in the designated region to ensure attainment of growth targets. Is expected to bring a strong vision setting for the Zone, in sight of the market dynamics and the challenges of the acceleration of the implementation of digital strategies combined with new technologies, and develop strategic plans to address the increasing complexity customer needs.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic initiatives to provide a stronger value proposition to our customers, ensuring execution on growth plans and implementations associated strategies, while meeting short term business objectives. Lead the development of sales opportunities and coordinate with the business sales support groups, to maximize opportunities in the region, including strong market segmentation within the countries under the designated zone plus international private groups and pan-european networks, to increase reach and intensity in the field. Must include contemplating the new essential technologies to client ́s success, such as Cloud, AI, GenAI, workflow orchestration, etc, as part of SEI value proposition. Drive key activities, including prospecting, strategy planning, executive relationship development, discovery assessment, GEHC ecosystem coordination.
  • Establish, cultivate and maintain decision maker customer relationships at our key and strategic customers within the zone. Monitor, analyze, and understand market activities to continuously update the business on all region dynamics including in-depth competitive assessments. Develop effective market and transactional strategies in line with the business objectives.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to solicit new business and / or retain and penetrate existing business to drive growth. Oversee and drive the various region sales resources to maximize opportunity identification and win rates in the region. Provide people leadership to a team of sales professionals. Coach, provide continuous feedback and develop employees, maximize their strengths, increase performance of the team and employees, provide ongoing development. Provide full solution approach and coordinate internal resources across SEI to provide the customers with sales and services needed to optimize their organizations.
  • Build and strengthen GEHC internal relationships and increase the effectiveness of sales efforts and orders for our products across the region.
  • Develop and drive the strategic growth vision and objectives, including participating in essential operating rhythm processes with product management, engineering and services. Implement the execution framework on identified opportunities, which includes the orders forecasting to deal closure. Manage assigned initiatives to maximize long-term to maximize profitability. Create processes to seek new and / or additional income / business development opportunities.
  • Drive Commercial process improvements and leverage tools for growth. Ensure an outstanding and professional experience for customers during all aspects of sales process and touch points.

Required Profile

  • Significant professional experience in the field of IT software in the healthcare sector
  • Significant professional experience in a complex commercial environment where multidisciplinary organizations and teams are involved in the sales process
  • Experience in an international context in a management position
  • Very frequent business travel to be expected within the EMEA region
  • Excellent ability to communicate in English

Responsabilités essentielles

  • Développer des initiatives stratégiques pour fournir une proposition de valeur plus forte à nos clients, en assurant l'exécution des plans de croissance et la mise en œuvre des stratégies associées, tout en atteignant les objectifs commerciaux à court terme.
  • Diriger le développement des opportunités de vente et coordonner avec les forces commerciales, pour maximiser les opportunités dans la région, y compris une forte segmentation du marché au sein des pays de la zone désignée ainsi que des groupes privés internationaux et des réseaux paneuropéens, pour accroître la portée et l'intensité du marché. Doit inclure la prise en compte des nouvelles technologies essentielles au succès du client, telles que le Cloud, l'IA, GenAI, l'orchestration des flux de travail, etc., dans le cadre de la proposition de valeur SEI. Diriger les activités clés, notamment la prospection, la planification stratégique et la coordination de l'écosystème GEHC.
  • Établir, cultiver et entretenir des relations avec les décideurs chez nos clients clés et stratégiques au sein de la zone.
  • Surveiller, analyser et comprendre les activités du marché pour tenir informé le business sur la dynamique de toutes les régions, y compris des évaluations approfondies de la concurrence.
  • Développer des stratégies de marché et transactionnelles efficaces conformément aux objectifs commerciaux.
  • Diriger et motiver une force commerciale pour générer de nouvelles affaires et/ou conserver et pénétrer les activités existantes pour stimuler la croissance. Superviser et piloter les différentes ressources de vente de la région pour maximiser l'identification des opportunités et les taux de réussite dans la région. Assurer le leadership d'une équipe de professionnels de la vente. Fournir une approche de solution complète et coordonner les ressources internes de SEI pour fournir aux clients les ventes et les services nécessaires à l'optimisation de leurs organisations.
  • Construire et renforcer les relations internes de GEHC et augmenter l'efficacité des efforts de vente et des commandes de nos produits dans toute la région.
  • Développer et piloter la vision et les objectifs de croissance stratégique, mettre en œuvre le cadre d'exécution sur les opportunités identifiées, qui comprend la prévision des commandes jusqu'à la clôture de la transaction.
  • Gérer les initiatives assignées pour maximiser la rentabilité, dréer des processus pour rechercher de nouvelles et/ou des opportunités de revenus/de développement commercial nouvelles et/ou supplémentaires.
  • Améliorer les processus commerciaux et optimiser les outils pour accroitre la croissance.

Profil recherché

  • Experience professionnelle significative dans le domaine des logiciels informatiques dans le secteur de la santé
  • Expérience professionnelle significative dans un environnement commerciale complexe où des organisations et équipes pluridisciplinaires sont impliquées dans le processus de vente
  • Experience dans un contexte international sur un poste de direction
  • Déplacements professionnels très frequents à prévoir au sein de la region EMEA
  • Excellente capacité à communiquer en Anglais
