Planificar, ejecutar y supervisar proyectos administrativos y financieros desde su inicio hasta su finalización. Coordinar reuniones técnicas y de seguimiento, asegurando la participación y colaboración de los miembros del grupo. Gestionar la inclusión de datos y documentos en herramientas como Excel y Drive para garantizar la correcta ejecución del proyecto. Coordinar la comunicación entre los equipos internos y externos, garantizando la entrega oportuna de información y documentos. Realizar análisis de datos económicos y financieros para la toma de decisiones. Preparar y gestionar presupuestos, asegurando la asignación adecuada de recursos y el cumplimiento de los objetivos financieros. Realizar un seguimiento del progreso del proyecto, gestionando los riesgos y problemas surgidos. Garantizar el cumplimiento de los plazos y objetivos del proyecto. REQUISITOS Formación Universitaria en Economía, Administración de Empresas o similar. Experiencia de, al menos, 3 años, realizando las funciones del puesto, preferiblemente en entornos relacionados con proyectos tecnológicos. Conocimientos avanzados de ofimática, especialmente en Excel y Google Drive. Sólidos conocimientos y comprensión de aspectos administrativos y financieros. Valorable Certificaciones en Gestión de Proyectos. Buscamos una persona con ganas de crecer profesionalmente, proactiva y organizada, con habilidades de gestión de proyectos.
