We are seeking an experienced IT Business Solutions Manager to join our Factory Cluster team at Mygwork. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for formulating the right IT solution strategy for the Factory and Delivery/Deployment Program, in line with our Digital and IT (D&IT) strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively engage with relevant cluster business stakeholders and Delivery-Deployment Program teammates to gain a solid understanding of related processes and formulate the right solution strategy.
- Serve as an IT solution consultant to business stakeholders and take the lead in mapping relevant technologies and D&IT services to support business/Delivery-Deployment plan execution.
- Provide effective communication to relevant parties and lead the detailed project planning and execution of approved projects, in accordance with our Project Management Framework and established IT standards, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure that 3rd-party solution providers and external project resources comply with our quality standards and fulfill agreed-upon project commitments and contractual obligations.
- Exercise fiscal discipline and transparency in overall project budget management.
- Lead and manage direct reports and/or project implementation teams, ensuring identified projects are executed while day-to-day operations continue in an effective and efficient manner.
- University Degree or equivalent qualifications in Computer studies.
- 3+ years' experience in the IT discipline with 1+ of those years in IT Management of Business Solutions teams (including people management).
- Preferred background of employment experience in multinational companies.
- Good working knowledge of business and related processes in FMCG industry.
- Excellent English (both written and verbal) and fluent Spanish.
- Experience in Supply Chain related applications/solutions.
- Experience in new technologies catering for D&A, UX, Power Platform.
- Business process and requirements analysis.
- Solutions design and related architecture.
- Project management (medium to large scale projects).
- Supplier management.
