TBO.COM's travel APIs are serving large travel ecosystems across the world while the modular architecture of the platform enables new travel products while expanding across new geographies.

We are seeking, for our office based in Palma, an experienced Office Assistant.

Responsibilities:

Organize the office and assist the management in organizing agendas, trips, internal and external meetings, coordinate attendance to events.Classify and distribute correspondence in a timely manner.Performance of reception and customer service functions. Preparation, printing and binding of documents. Photocopies and scans. Sorting and sending mail. Drafting routine reports. Formatting, editing and transcribing documents. Control office supplies and order as necessary.Resolve office-related operating errors and respond to requests or issues.Maintain trusted relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues.

Skills:

Organization: Managing tasks, schedules, and information.Communication: Clear written and verbal communication. Time Management: Prioritizing and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or associate degree. Experience as an office assistant or in a related field. Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when needed. Warm personality with strong communication skills.Ability to work well under limited supervision.Fluency in English and Spanish.
