Responsabilidades
• Actuar en todo momento como Hotel Ambassador.
• Entregar los artículos a las habitaciones con rapidez: mensajes, correo y faxes, paquetes, flores, artículos diversos solicitados por los huéspedes y artículos de regalo u otros.
• Iniciar el contacto con los huéspedes que vienen al hotel.
• Garantizar la seguridad del acceso a las habitaciones.
• Comprender las consultas de los huéspedes y dar respuestas.
• Ayudar a Porteros o Porteadores cuando corresponda.
• Otras funciones que el Chef Concierge y el Botones consideren apropiadas.
• Ayudar a los colegas de Conserjería con las solicitudes y servicios de los huéspedes, incluida la recuperación de entradas para el teatro, flores y otros artículos solicitados.

The Hotel
Renowned Parisian designers Gilles & Boissier, have created a sophisticated residential design for the 100 rooms and 53 suites, including several one-of-a-kind specialty suites, featuring unique design elements inspired by the hotel's historic connections to the city, Spanish culture and art.
With a stunning and meticulous restoration that celebrates César Ritz's pioneering spirit, a prestigious central location, five restaurants and bars overseen by one of Spain's most celebrated chefs and exceptional leisure and wellness facilities, Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid is set to become the city's most luxurious hotel.
• Act all the times as Hotel Ambassador.
• Deliver items to guestrooms promptly to include: Messages, Mail & Faxes, Packages, Flowers, Sundry items requested by guests, and gift items & Amenities.
• Initiate contact with guests entering the hotel.
• Ensure security of guestroom access.
• Understand guest inquiries and provide responses.
• Assist Doormen or Porters when appropriate.
• Other duties as deemed appropriate by the Chef Concierge and Bell Captain.
• Assist Concierge/Butler Colleagues with guest requests and services, including retrieval of theatre tickets, flowers and other items as requested.
