CHANEL is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a skilled Makeup Artist ECI (Itinerant) to join our team.
As a Makeup Artist in CHANEL, you will help to create a unique and memorable experience for each client, at every moment and at every Stand of El Corte Ingles.
Combining business orientation and passion for the client, you will be an artist of relation who contributes to the Brand image and helps build retail leadership in the market.
Your role @CHANEL: Your role at CHANEL is to contribute to the overall performance of the CHANEL Fragrance and Beauty Division.
Delivering expert makeup applications and taking ownership to drive the growth of the makeup business.
Promoting key business objectives as appropriate and ensuring you work as a team to achieve personal and team targets and KPI's.
You will provide a continued and elevated focus on CHANEL makeup, delivering expert consultations which immerse clients further into the brand.
While you will need to take the lead and drive sales of CHANEL makeup, you will also be expected to promote fragrance and skincare.
What impact you can create at CHANEL: Showcase and apply advanced makeup and skincare techniques to enhance client beauty and showcase CHANEL products in our ECI corners throughout the national territory.
Create a tailor-made experience and personalized makeover service for each client using CHANEL's experience ritual to build long-lasting relationships with them.
Act as an ambassador for the beauty market.
Demonstrate the highest level of expertise within makeup.
Bring artistry and creativity to life through makeup application, whilst inspiring your clients.
Achieve sales targets, promote cross-selling, retain, recruit and grow client return rates.
Take responsibility for driving the sales contribution to the overall performance on the counter.
Stay updated on CHANEL products, trends, and techniques to provide the highest level of service.
Improve brand image at the point of sale and elevate client experience.
Use your unique collection of strengths to enrich the overall experience.
Take ownership for the impact you make within the wider team.

We Are Looking For: Minimum 4 years of experience as a Makeup Artist.
Based in Madrid with the ability to travel for 90% of the time.
Self-driven, positive, and independent individuals.
Strong commitment to ethics, customer service, and satisfaction.
Demonstrated passion for the beauty and fragrance industry and demonstrated skills in guest-centric makeup application.
Skilled artistry in specific areas of focus such as natural to bold makeup, pre-teen, mature and men's beauty.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A reliable team player.
Availability and active willingness to work upon a flexible schedule.
A multi-tasking professional who can flex between focuses or projects at a time.
Strong ability to use technology and curiosity to learn new systems to support the guest experience.
Fluent in English.
