Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with a strong background in the SAP Real Estate Management (RE-FX) module. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of the SAP RE-FX project life cycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full life cycle of SAP RE-FX projects, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Apply project management methodologies and best practices, including resource management, risk management, quality management, and communication management.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, manage changes, and resolve project obstacles efficiently.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and deliverables.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers, ensuring that project deliverables meet or exceed their expectations.
  • Ensure the quality of project deliverables through meticulous planning and execution.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks proactively, adjusting project plans as necessary to accommodate changes.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in SAP projects, with specific expertise in the SAP RE-FX module.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects, particularly in a technical or business transformation context.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.Skills and Competencies:

    • Strong leadership, organizational, and team management abilities.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills, proactive approach, and strong negotiation capabilities.
    • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing SAP RE-FX projects, bringing both technical expertise and organizational skills to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who is passionate about driving business success through effective project management.
