We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Teleoperator for high-end automotive clients . This role requires native-level proficiency in German and advanced proficiency in English . The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of quality in all interactions .
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer interactions via telephone, email, and WhatsApp chat.
- Serve as a liaison with external suppliers to address and resolve premium customer requests.
- Proactively source services and experiences, ensuring a high standard of quality.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a solution-oriented approach.
- Provide excellent communication and coordination, especially within the luxury industry context.
Requirements:
- Affinity with luxury context and premium clients.
- Excellent coordination skills.
- Exceptional communication abilities.
- Solution-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Relevant experience in the luxury industry.
- Completion of initial and ongoing training programs.
- Native-level German .
- Advanced English proficiency (minimum C1).
- Residence in any area of Madrid .

Offer Conditions:
- Permanent contract .
- 39-hour work week.
- Availability required between 8 AM and 8 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Occasional weekend availability may be required based on client needs.
- Salary up to €26,000 per month.
- Paid training for 3 weeks starting on July 29th.
- On-site work at our offices in Puerta de Toledo/Pirámides - Paseo Imperial, 14.
- Potential transition to a hybrid work model after the learning curve , with proximity to the office necessary for meetings and training.
