En dependencia del Customer Marketing Manager y enmarcado en el Departamento de Strategic Business Development dará apoyo al equipo en el soporte, desarrollo y eficiencia de los departamentos de Ventas y Trade Marketing del Canal Off-trade e E-Commerce.
Principales funciones:Acompañamiento en la creación del Plan Comercial (Estrategia, Plan de Canal, Plan de cuentas...) y acompañamiento al DNV Off-trade/Trade Mk de Off-trade e E-Commerce para el proceso de Construcción del Rolling Forecast Trimestral, principalmente con la aportación de Análisis e Insights provenientes de los Retailers y el Mercado de Alimentación.Revisión y optimización de Roles, funciones, procesos y tareas dentro de los distintos departamentos y subdepartamentos del área comercial y Trade Marketing de Off-trade, para optimizar el funcionamiento de los equipos, aplicando una sistemática Comercial proveniente del proceso de Transformación Comercial ya detallada, asi como reglas de política Comercial del Canal. Acompañar su cumplimiento y hacer seguimiento de la correcta implantación de la misma.Diseño de reportings ad-hoc para seguimiento de Evolución del Mercado de Spirits de Alimentación e E-Commerce basados en datos de Panel de Detallistas, asi como en otras fuentes de mercado que puedan resultar valorables (Reportings utilizando herramientas de nuestros proveedores de datos: Nielsen IQ, IRI- CIRCANA, KANTAR, IWSR...)Participación en el Diseño y realización de diferentes estudios de Investigación del Comprador/Consumidor y Canal de Alimentación.Desarrollo de estándares de perfecta ejecución en el punto de venta para Establecimientos de off-Trade principalmente (idem E-Tailers), así como la monitorización de su cumplimiento a lo largo de todo nuestro año fiscal. Monitorización de métricas de actividad de la oferta en los puntos de venta de alimentación: DN/DP, Cuota de Lineal, Presencia de producto, Roturas, Precios, métricas de actividad promocional.Requisitos:Formación: ADE, Estadística, Matemáticas, Investigación de mercados.Nivel del inglés: Medio-AltoFrances ValorableImprescindible: Manejo de Excel AvanzadoConocimiento de Herramientas y técnicas de Investigación de MercadoHabilidades contrastadas en la realización de análisis periódicos (diarios, semanales, mensuales...) de resultados de Ventas (Sell In &Sell Out), y otro tipo de KPIs de seguimiento de Negocio.Manejo de Herramientas de Reporting de Información de Mercado de Nielsen IQ.Manejo de herramientas de Planificación y Organización de proyectosPersona habituada a trabajar con deadlines marcadosNecesaria experiencia de 5 años en el sector FMCG en Fabricante, Retailer o Consultoria de Análisis e Investigación de Mercado.Profesional responsable y organizadoAcostumbrado a Trabajo en EquipoDestrezas para el rápido aprendizaje, la organización, coordinación de procesos y seguimientosProfesional acostumbrado a acompañar a equipos en la adopción de sistemáticas de trabajoProfesional adaptable, flexible y resiliente.
