Customer Marketing Manager

The Customer Marketing Manager position at Monster Energy will be a hybrid role across retail and fan-centric marketing. A revenue-centric marketer will focus on increasing ROS and revenue streams with dedicated customers through engaging 360 marketing campaigns, and support developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for our existing product platforms.
The role's responsibility is to unlock new business opportunities and stimulate ROS with existing customers. They will work closely with the Commercial team to ensure efficient implementation of local programs and leverage marketing assets in the most effective and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the lead of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
- Analyse customer/consumer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
- Plan, develop, and execute a bespoke marketing strategy per customer.
- Be the perfect link between the core Marketing team and commercial team and bottler locally to maximize Monster's presence within tactical customers.
- Facilitate interactions and communication between all stakeholders of the Company.
- Become an advocate of our brands towards bottler and various retailers (home and OOH channels).
- Analyse the customer needs and demands, and allocate existing assets accordingly.
- Reinforce customer relationships through various hospitality programs and asset activations.
- Educate customers further about our brands, products, and Marketing to keep Monster top of mind.
- Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones.
- Develop and test promotional mechanics for the different channels.
- Unleash new opportunities for future growth in the relationship with our customers.
- Represent the Marketing team to cross-functional groups including product management, sales, or customer support.
- Monitor current campaigns, ensuring their staff meets deadlines and complete necessary tasks.
- Analyse data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure.

- A great communicator with strong writing and presentation skills.
Skills & Experience:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Bachelor's degree with emphasis on communications, marketing, and business.
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Marketing or similar role in FMCG.
- Strong understanding of customer journeys and sales touch points.
- The ability to recognise and understand customer pain points and turn that knowledge into adaptations or improvements.
- Technical knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and channels.
- Familiarity with B2B marketing, lead generation, and sales processes.
