Sales Manager

(Experience selling B2C services)

Are you a detail-oriented Sales professional with a passion for ensuring organizational success and a keen eye for managing Sales operations efficiently? We are seeking a dedicated and goal-oriented Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading our Sales team and Operations for Spain and all associated jurisdictions, while also contributing to the growth of our international presence.

Your Mission and what must get done

-Manage Sales and Legal Sales teams to drive growth

-Optimize existing segment (Immigration, Corporate, Real Estate, Tax and Accounting/Payroll services) sales processes and approach

-Maximize revenue coming from leads and existing clients

Your Accountabilities

-Sell to leads and clients to understand customer needs and effective strategies

-Implement Sales strategy across customer segments (Immigration, Corporate, Real Estate, Tax, Accounting/ Payroll)

-Accountability for target achievement and communication and coordination across Sales team members (5 people) and Legal Sales team members (10 people, mostly hybrid roles across service departments and 6 countries across Europe and Latam)

-Collaborate with Marketing and Heads of Service departments (10+) across retention efforts

-Maintain an accurate pipeline and strategize to ensure KPI reach (minimum response time, conversion, meetings and calls, ticket size, cross-selling)

-Defined Sales Roles, individual targets and metrics across team members, and optimal routing of the sales funnel according to skills set and technical know how needed across client services

-Ensure use of optimized Company Sales Process and playbooks

-Performance tracking, intervention, training and knowledge sharing provided across team members as needed

-Aim for bell curve performance across the sales team

-Support to design and roll out an effective Retention sales process and effort following all service delivery milestones across client facing teams

-Tech adoption and use of tools (CRM, AI/ Gong, Google, Aircall, videos, Trainual) for timely and cost effective sales effort

-Account management catering to gold mine clients

-Developing relationships across key collaborating partners

-Collaborate with Marketing in championing customer advocacy, as well as on value proposition, pricing, benchmarking initiatives

-Develop and mantain accurate funnel forecasting and reporting insights

-Monitor and enforce sales policies, procedures, and best practices.

Who We're Looking For

-Demonstrated in-depth experience in B2C markets, with additional familiarity in B2B, showcasing the ability to effectively adapt to diverse consumer and business environments.

-Extensive and proven experience in selling services, complemented by knowledge in selling technical products, highlighting a strong focus on service-oriented sales with an understanding of product-based solutions.

-Experience with Inbound strategy

-Digitally driven sector experience

-Experience selling services in the US, UK and Canadian markets.

-University level business education. MBA or equivalent experience is a strong plus.

-Fluent English speaker (English is the common language within the business)

-Demonstrated leader in growing sales

-Relevant experience leading Sales team (size 5-10) in a fast growth company

-Clear passion for Sales, with a clear vision for Sales techniques, sales funnel management

-More analytical accustomed to working with tools, CRM (preferably Hubspot), data and analytics

-Ability to think strategically and execute the strategy with a very hands on attitude

-Charismatic personality able to inspire enthusiasm and perseverance.

-Leadership based on soft skills such as emotional intelligence, empathy, active listening and self-control.
