We are looking for a "Process Analyst " to provide service within the IT Compliance department, of a European film and entertainment company.
TASKS :
- Define processes with Active Directory to be run with the best-in-class technology.
- User Control: Extract user lists of the different SOx systems, review the modifications vs. previously listed, execute control, etc.
- Review requests for registration, cancellation or modification of user permissions.
- Control the change of versions of different SOx systems.
- Automation of processes with PowerAutomate to increase effectiveness and quality.
- Verify and collect evidence and failures of Active Directory, Databases and Operations Systems, about timings, tickets and listings.
- Support the SOX audit operations
SKILLS :
- Detail-oriented, proactive, analytical and critical thinking
- Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate) experience is a must
- Active Directory.
- SQL queries.
- Powershell and VB basic scripting.
- SO Windows.
- Fluent Spanish & English.
SCHEDULE :
- 08-09h h from Monday to Friday (flexible)
- Location: Barcelona
