En el área de Marketing llevan a cabo el análisis para compradores de principio a fin a nivel de cliente/canal, con la preparación e implementación de planes de activación para compradores ganadores, con el claro objetivo de aumentar la cuota de mercado de la empresa y cumplir con los objetivos de ventas y beneficios presupuestados.
Objetivos formativos:
- Adquirir conocimientos en el análisis de ventas de las categorías en las que competimos (Voltadol, Corega, Multicentrum, Parodontax, Sensodyne, Rhinomer, etc).
- Formación en la realización de informes periódicos sobre la actividad promocional/colocación de visibilidad en el punto de venta (farmacias y mercado masivo) por parte del equipo de ventas.
- Apoyo al departamento en el calendario promocional (principalmente promociones y materiales que ejecutamos en el punto de venta en los canales de farmacia y mercado masivo, con el objetivo de atraer a los consumidores y ganar su lealtad).
- Adquirir conocimientos en el monitoreo de existencias de materiales y promociones.
- Conocer el seguimiento de procedimientos internos: creación de órdenes de compra, solicitud de cotizaciones, cumplimiento de normativas internas de compras y creación de códigos internos.
- Formación en el seguimiento de los tiempos de entrega y envíos de materiales.
- Apoyo al equipo de campo en la ejecución del plan de nuestras marcas.
- Apoyo al plan de Gestión de Categorías en la farmacia (revisión de surtidos, construcción de argumentos de ventas para el equipo de ventas, etc.) y canales de mercado masivo.
Aptitudes del candidato:
- Nivel C1 de inglés.
- Buen expediente académico.
- Conocimiento del paquete de Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proactividad, disposición para aprender, trabajo en equipo.
- Organización y gestión de plazos.
