En Savills España, consultora inmobiliaria internacional, queremos incorporar un/a Junior Legal Advisor para formar parte del equipo Legal & Compliance de la compañía basado/a en nuestras oficinas de Madrid.

Funciones

Asesoramiento legal al negocio en tareas propias de su actividad (redacción y negociación de contratos de prestación de servicios, NDAs, acuerdos de colaboración, disclaimers, etc).Gestión de impagados y coordinación con los asesores externos contratados.Colaboración en la identificación de riesgos legales e implantación de un plan de acción para mitigarlos.Redacción de actas de los órganos sociales de las distintas compañías del grupo (otorgamiento de poderes, acuerdos de repartos de reservas, aprobación de cuentas, etc).

Requisitos

Graduado/a en Derecho.Experiencia de 1-2 años en despacho de abogados en asesoría interna.Persona autónoma, con iniciativa, resolutiva, y con orientación al detalle y al cliente.Experiencia en relación legal con clientes, acuerdos de confidencialidad y/o en derecho societario.Dominio del Paquete Office.Nivel alto de inglés.
