MISIÓN:
Ejecuta tareas locales dentro de la función de Administración en las unidades de negocio.

Vela por el buen funcionamiento y cumplimiento de los procedimientos dentro de las unidades de negocio, ejecutando las tareas que le delegue el Business Partner del Centro de Operaciones.


¿Qué tendrás que hacer?

  • Realizar la intervención diaria del hotel. En hoteles con servicio de MHS ejecutar insitu las tareas de control interno que no pueden ser deslocalizadas por tener un componente presencial o una necesidad de relación con otros colaboradores dentro de la unidad de negocio.

Por ejemplo:

revisión de la facturación de los NoShow, control del programa de fidelidad, arqueos de caja, control de accesos a sistemas, cuadre de habitaciones con clientes hospedados y control de la pasarela de pagos.


  • Realizar las tareas de control de costes del hotel. En hoteles con servicio de MHS, ejecutar las tareas de control de costes que no pueden ser deslocalizadas por tener un componente presencial o una necesidad de relación con otros colaboradores dentro de la unidad de negocio.

Por ejemplo:
spot checks inventarios, escandallos comida, análisis de consumos y control de los contratos con tercero.

¿Qué estamos buscando?

  • Conocimiento de administración de empresas hoteleras y sus requerimientos específicos.
  • Conocimiento de proyecciones, elaboración de presupuestos y informes de resultados financiero.
  • Conocimientos de normativa contable y financiera.
  • Manejo de sistemas económicos financieros.
  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en una posición similar.
