¿Qué harás como Change Manager?
Te encargarás de implementar las estrategias de gestión del cambio para iniciativas de transformación dentro del departamento de RRHH, teniendo en cuenta las prioridades específicas del negocio y las necesidades de gestión del cambio.
Como Change Manager, te encargarás de:
Evaluar la situación y el impacto generado por la estrategia decidida.
Acompañar y formar al departamento de RRHH (han cambiado los excel por aplicaciones)
Comunicación con stakeholders, colaboración y comunidad.
Conocimientos en PowerBI son un plus.
Perfil buscado:
Título universitario (máster es un plus) y al menos 2 años en Gestión del Cambio.
Experiencia en el acompañamiento al departamento de RRHH.
Experiencia en gestión del cambio, especialmente transformación de nuevos modelos de negocio, esquema de gobernanza, proyectos de diseño organizacional, matrices de personalidad, etc.
Conocimientos en PowerBI.
Ubicación: Méndez Álvaro, Madrid.
Modalidad híbrida de 2 días oficina y 3 teletrabajo con flexibilidad.
