AXA's Management Committee is driving a unique strategic initiative - Digital Commercial Platform (DCP) – designed to transform AXA's value proposition. Through DCP, AXA will serve existing and new clients and partners through an evolving business model, where the focus is on risk prediction, prevention and management.

AXA DCP relies on creating a platform of AXA's risk insights, risk management, and risk prevention capabilities to enhance and support our service offering to commercial clients and third parties. End users will be able to access a broad selection of data built on existing or developing AXA assets. The platform will also create value by monetizing unique capabilities and services for our customers, aggregating, and delivering insights from unique data sets with external partners, and fostering end-customer relationships in alignment with brokers.

AXA DCP aims to:

·Improve our underwriting pricing and claims capabilities across the commercial lines book of business of AXA Group

·Create a platform for risk management and prevention services

·Build an ecosystem of business partners

The area should consider to create a VMO (Value Management Office) since DCP is a Product/Platform-oriented organization and requires of the right mindset and practices aligned with the SaFe Framework.

Basically needs to consider that we are dealing with long-lived products instead of temporal projects and that this requires a flow-based value delivery.

What will your essential responsibilities include?

Business Value initiatives Management

-Identification, prioritization and launchof initiativesthat would generate value within a Product-oriented organization and ensuring alignment with defined platform strategy.

Lean Governance

-Defining, gathering and analyzing business value stream measurements to bring accurate information to portfolio syncs and performance reports to LT for data-driven decision making.

Coordination of Agile Business Portfolio

-Cross-value stream coordination with the rest of the teams involved in business value initiatives (Partnership, Marketing, Legal, Product)

-Foster Operational Excellence by identifying bottlenecks and optimizing workflows.

Stakeholders Management

-Support the communication and collaboration between the different leadership teams and departments by ensuring that business objectives are agreed and understood by all the key stakeholders of the value stream.

-Support Business Leads for preparation on communication of business context and needs towards PI sessions.

-Support Chief Risk Consulting Officer and the Heads of Business and Digital Solutions in the management of projects.

-Facilitate the collaboration between AXA XL Risk Consulting & DCP R.C Office.

·Experience in managing projects and programs through agile and SAFe methodologies

·Proven stakeholder management skills to influence and impact

·Ability to quickly switch between different issues or projects with conflicting priorities

·Excellent organizational and time management skills, communication and presentation skills

·Proven ability to multi-task across a number of initiatives.

·Ability to develop and implement best practice and framework methodologies.

·business acumen, coupled with proven technology knowledge and expertise in product development life cycle

·Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to drive alignment with various functional stakeholders and senior leaders.

·Strong negotiation skills, influence and creativity to achieve successful outcomes around scope, schedule, costs/budget, issues/risks, and resources

·Ability to deal with change effectively with familiarity of the entire working process
