El Equipo Médico de Barcelona proporciona asistencia médica 24 horas al día/365 días al año a nuestros clientes de todo el mundo.

Nuestras principales interfaces son con el Equipo Médico de Barcelona, los Equipos de Operaciones, así como los equipos médicos de nuestro Acute Care Centres, para el escalado de casos complejos, y las restantes 32 oficinas de AXA en todo el mundo que dan soporte al servicio médico de AXA Assistance.

El rol cubre la coordinación con las oficinas ACC para casos complejos. Para ello será necesario interactuar con los equipos médicos de los ACC para decidir la mejor opción médica para cada caso.

Desarrollar la Oficina de Barcelona como centro de excelencia médica.

El rol implica ser el primer escalón de evaluación de casos para el equipo. Tus funciones serán:

§ Responsabilidad de la gestión eficaz de los casos de asistencia médica internacional.

§ Garantizar la tramitación eficaz de los casos de asistencia médica de conformidad con nuestros procedimientos de asistencia médica internacional.

§ Toma de decisiones médicas en la reunión diaria de revisión de casos del equipo médico.

§ Gestión activa de nuestros casos de asistencia médica más complejos.

§ Asesorar y autorizar el plan de repatriación más adecuado según corresponda.

§ Formar parte del proceso de escalado para consultas médicas, de repatriación, Red Flags o cualquier caso delicado.

§ Garantizar el apoyo a todos los miembros del equipo de forma consultiva según sea necesario, para incluir revisiones diarias de casos y cualquier asunto relevante.

§ Garantizar una comunicación y un apoyo óptimos entre los equipos médicos y operativos, para que trabajen como un solo equipo.

§ Proporcionar orientación sobre gobernanza clínica y garantizar mejoras continuas en la prestación de servicios operativos médicos.

§ Satisfacer las necesidades de los ATI y de los clientes locales garantizando que los pacientes, familiares y compañeros de viaje reciban tranquilidad y asesoramiento médico durante la prestación de los servicios de asistencia médica, incluido el contacto directo con estos clientes cuando sea necesario.

§ Formar una parte de un equipo multidisciplinar entre colegas médicos y no médicos.

§ Enlace con los responsables médicos de otras oficinas de AXA para proporcionar una gestión eficaz de los casos.

§ Asistencia a reuniones internas operativas y médicas.

§ Proporcionar asesoramiento médico a los compañeros tanto en persona como por teléfono.

§ Mostrar una actitud cooperativa y facilitadora hacia los compañeros.

§ Participar en la formación de colegas cuando sea necesario.

§ Trabajar en equipo:

§ Comprender y demostrar la cultura y los valores de AXA.

§ Organizar proactivamente el trabajo diario.

§ Apoyar y ayudar a los compañeros.

§ Desarrollar habilidades de comunicación efectivas con colegas y gerentes.

§ Garantizar que las habilidades y conocimientos médicos individuales se mantienen actualizados e identificar las necesidades de formación.

Your Profile

§ Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en el sector de la especialidad clínica.

§ Evidencia de registro profesional actual con el cuerpo profesional apropiado.

§ Un mínimo de 3 años en un entorno crítico / agudo e idealmente con la especialidad apropiada en esa área.

§ Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y organización. Imprescindible nivel alto de inglés.

§ Habilidades informáticas, incluyendo Word, Excel.

§ Adaptabilidad y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.

§ Compromiso con el desarrollo de la empresa mediante el establecimiento de altos estándares.

§ Disposición para asumir nuevos retos y trabajar en distintas funciones por iniciativa propia.

§ Actuar como agente de cambio y ser una persona influyente para alcanzar los objetivos empresariales.
