Prestigiosa Multinacional de Clínicas de alto standing y líder en su segmento de mercado, precisa incorporar la figura de un National Sales Director, ubicado en Madrid.
Reportando al Country Manager de España y liderando un amplio equipo de personas a su cargo, se responsabilizará de definir e implementar los protocolos de ventas y de postventa para garantizar los mejores resultados por clínica.
FUNCIONES:
Monitorización de las palancas de activación de ventas por centro (clínicas) y canales: promociones, diseño de materiales...Estructurar, reclutar, formar y dirigir el equipo nacional de ventas BtCMaximizar el alcance y la participación. Herramientas internas y plan anual de actividades. Desarrollo de herramientas para motivar y aumentar la retención. Activar dos líneas. Nivel bajo para aumentar la retención y nivel alto para aumentar la rotación. REQUISITOS: Capacidad de liderazgo, gran habilidad para la venta, capacidad de interrelación y autonomía.Experiencia mínima de 10 años en un puesto de Responsabilidad en Ventas B 2 C, liderando equipos en compañías del sector Retail, Clínicas (salud humana, médico estéticas, dentales o similares), Concesionarios, etc.Imprescindible Formación Superior Universitaria complementada con Máster en Ventas y Desarrollo de Negocio. Valorable alto nivel de Inglés para crecer en la compañía.Elevada disponibilidad para viajar. No importa el lugar de residencia, a tener en cuenta que las oficinas y clínicas principales están en la zona centro de España.-
