La Gerencia de Soporte Operación Industrial reporta a la Dirección de Operación de Activos Industriales . Desde aquí podrás apoyar a las áreas operativas de los Complejos Industriales y participar en nuevos proyectos de Transformación.

Tendrás éxito si:

Das soporte técnico a las unidades de proceso, resuelves problemas operativos en complejos industriales y participas en el seguimiento de Planes de paradas plurianuales.

Te mantienes actualizado con tendencias y desarrollos relevantes, colaboras en proyectos de transformación de refino, coordinas actividades de coprocesamiento y economía circular y das soporte a proyectos del área industrial.

Coordinas actividades formativas y acompañas los portafolios del Tech-Lab para la Dirección de Soporte Técnico a Operación.

Participas en análisis Peer Review.

Gestionas conferencias y eventos con los complejos industriales.

Revisas y optimizas los parámetros operativos que garanticen una operación eficiente de las unidades, abordando desviaciones y mejoras.

Participas en el análisis y resolución de problemas técnicos operativos de las plantas de proceso.

Sobre ti:

Buscamos una persona a la que le guste trabajar en equipo y colaborar con otros departamentos, que sea flexible, autónoma, con iniciativa y que tenga visión para mejorar procesos.

Conocimientos y experiencia para el puesto:

Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería Química o equivalente.

Máster en Refino/Petroquímica.

Formación técnica complementaria en procesos de Refino/Química.

6 años de experiencia en Operación-Procesos de Complejos Industriales y en procesos de Refino (Destilación / Conversión).

Inglés B2

Disponibilidad para viajar.
