Trabajarás en un entorno dinámico, con grandes retos, y en constante evolución y transformación, dentro del equipo de Servicios Económico Comerciales. El puesto requiere capacidad analítica y orientación a resultados, habilidad en la interlocución con las áreas de negocio y resolución de incidencias, que permita la creación de una relación estrecha para poner a disposición de los negocios un servicio experto y dedicado, que contribuya a la consecución de sus objetivos estratégicos.

Buscamos incorporar al equipo a una persona para desarrollar actividades de soporte a los operadores de Repsol Trading.

Funciones principales:

Coordinación y seguimiento a nivel internacional (oficinas Houston, Singapur, Perú y Madrid) de las actividades desarrolladas que se engloban en el equipo de soporte a los operadores de Trading.

Análisis de las actividades de soporte de cara a proponer, en función de los resultados del nivel de servicio potenciar o reconducir el cumplimiento de los objetivos.

Acompañamiento en la ejecución de plan de acción estabilizando las activades core de la función.

Colaboración con distintas áreas internas de Servicios Económicos Comerciales para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos estratégicos y un excelente servicio al cliente.

Participación en iniciativas que permitan identificar potenciales oportunidades de mejora.

Optimización de los flujos de procesos asociados a las actividades con visión trasversal.

Requisitos de la posición:

Inglés nivel alto: C1.

Titulación superior universitaria.

Nivel alto en Excel: creación de tablas dinámicas, gráficos y filtros avanzados.

Capacidad de comunicación con todas las áreas y análisis de procesos.

Capacidad de entender y empatizar con distintas áreas de negocio y funciones.

Persona con iniciativa y autónoma.

Flexibilidad horaria.

Competencias y Habilidades:

Experiencia en actividades similares y de gestión de equipos y coordinación de tareas.

Flexibilidad ante el cambio, trabajo en equipo, compromiso, actitud positiva y de aprendizaje continuo.

Capacidad de interlocución y comunicación.

Visión crítica a la hora del desarrollo de las tareas.

Capacidad para el trabajo en equipo.
