The Team
We aim to help with any corporate matter from contract drafting to structural modifications advising which route is best to fulfill our client's goals.
The Corporate Spain department is focused on assisting clients with the setup and growth of companies, offering many services from contract drafting to Intellectual Property application. When the Company is already underway, our goal is to help with any structural modification they may require along with services such as Data Protection or Labour disputes, among others.
Accountabilities
Drafting Company Bylaws, Shareholders Agreements, Venture Capital and Private Equity
Drafting of any type of Commercial Agreement
Legal advice on Company Sale and Company Acquisition
GDPR Compliance and Data Protection as a Service
Business Due diligence
Business Acquisition and Transfer
Website Compliance
Trademark & design registration
Company dissolution
Submission of Mercantile Books

You have:
A Law degree (with bar registration) and at least 4 years of experience in Corporate Law
Experience in Commercial Law, mainly contract drafting
A passion for developing strategic partnerships and providing support to Marketing in generating content and campaigns.
A collaborative, flexible, and positive can-do attitude - always willing to learn and help steer the team to work well together. Let's get the job done
Passion, energy, and commitment
Fluent in English and Spanish (C1/C2). Other languages are definitely a plus
