As a Corporate Lawyer at TMF Group, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for providing critical administrative services to international clients. Your primary focus will be on assisting with corporate maintenance, updating official documents, and handling legal-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with corporate maintenance, including updating and preparing official documents, such as deeds, contracts, minutes, certificates, and tax registrations.
- Support the incorporation of companies and/or shelf companies, handling legal-related tasks, and establishing, maintaining, processing, and updating files, records, certificates, and/or other related documents.
- Prepare and file forms to comply with and communicate with legal local authorities, including 030, 036, D4, D8, D1, D5, Bank of Spain reporting, and other related documents.
- Update the minutes book, stakeholders register, and intake forms, ensuring compliance files are fully updated and in accordance with quality standards.
- Represent the company externally, including notary offices, banks, and local authorities, performing administrative tasks, such as preparing cover letters, final letters, and courier arrangements.
- Degree in Law.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Consolidated experience in Corporate Law or Commercial Law.
- Advanced or proficient English.
- Excellent written and communication skills in Spanish.
- Proficiency in MS Office package.
- Strong team-playing skills.
- Quick-learning and flexibility towards changing environments.
- Excellent organization skills and adaptability to a high multitasking environment.
- Flexible schedule (Entry between 8:00 and 10:00 AM, end time between 5:00 and 7:00 PM).
- August and Fridays intensive schedule.
- 60% Working from home to distribute as you wish.
- Home working allowance + 200€ help to build up your home office.
