What you'll get to do
Marketing & Product Development:
- Conduct market/trend analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify future product/digital innovations.
- Participate in ideating concepts for new digital products.
- Maintain the Wikiparfum database (Completion of information fields, updating or improvement of bottles, correction of brand logos, search for audiovisual support assets, etc.)
- Ensure smooth communication with external partners.
- Support the teams during all steps of innovation development and validation meetings.
- Coordinate the development of all support materials to guarantee a successful launch in collaboration with internal teams.
- Assist in completing high-quality PowerPoint presentations.
Content Creation:
- Complete the creation of Wikiparfum assets, particularly ingredients, adhering to the established style and optimizing costs.
- Monitor Social Media content, contributing ideas and graphic materials.
- Create content for blog articles.
- Attention to detail and the ability to consistently produce high-quality work.
- Creativity and aesthetic taste, with the ability to generate innovative ideas that resonate with our audience.
- Ensure deadlines and project planning are met.

We are seeking a passionate candidate with a blend of strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, combined with a flair for design and beauty.
- Bachelor's Degree or background preferably in marketing and design/communication.
- Passion for the beauty and fragrance industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, is a plus.
- Digital and UX notions would be highly valued.
- Languages: Proficiency in English is mandatory; Spanish would be advantageous.
