Job DescriptionWe are seeking forward-thinking and collaborative graduates to work with some of the brightest people on the planet on high-tech projects spanning experience design, concept & product development, digital solutions, and manufacturing.
Under the guidance of experienced commercially and technically oriented leaders, you will use your technical, entrepreneurial, and consulting skills to create innovative solutions for our clients, whilst developing the skills, knowledge, and experience that will shape you into a high-performing and well-rounded professional.
Key Responsibilities- Contributing and participating in design activities.
- Building and testing prototypes.
- Investigation and troubleshooting of non-conformance issues.
- Supporting client workshops and brainstorming sessions to establish a shared vision and elicit design requirements.
- Preparation of documentation in accordance with project, quality, and engineering discipline standards and methodologies.
- Building and managing relationships with key stakeholders and teams across the whole business.
- Seeking out expertise within PI for guidance in the execution of tasks.
- Effectively managing time to meet all task milestones and communicate proactively with leads and team members.
- Continuing to grow and maintain your own skill set.
- Participating in and assisting with continuous improvement activities within relevant discipline areas.
- Graduating with a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Design, or Product Design in 2025.
- An entrepreneurial and innovative spirit.
- Curious, creative, and innovative by nature, always looking at things from a new perspective.
- An individual that thrives in collaborative environments, loves bouncing ideas off others, and sense-making.
- Willing to take on any task and learn new skills and capabilities.
