Optimally oversee the handling of food delivery requests, amplifying customer contentment and revenue by promoting additional sales and complementary items.
Work in conjunction with distribution centers and drivers to ensure swift delivery and efficiently manage handovers to pertinent departments.
Interact with clients via outbound phone calls, endorsing merchandise, customizing suggestions, and fostering customer loyalty.
Gather and put to use customer input to enhance the comprehensive customer experience and the quality of service.
Requirements
Dutch or Flemish (C2) + English (C1)
Strong communication skills (oral and written)
Good listener
Contact center experience is an asset
