General Information:
The Project Specialist supports the whole Operations Team, mainly the Project Managers and the Project Controllers. The support is related to a wide variety of tasks, internal and external, such as the monthly update of Project costs and budgets, invoicing, internal reporting, etc. The support is also related to Health, Safety, Environment and Quality matters in our Projects.
Your responsibilities:
- Support the Project Managers with internal and external monthly reports.
- Support the Project Managers and Project Controllers with Project Finance updates and reporting (actual costs, committed costs, estimated costs at completion, variation orders, invoicing to customers, cash-in, cash-out, bank bonds, etc)
- Support the Project Managers and Project Controllers with the information needed for the internal Project Reviews.
- Support the Project Managers with Purchasing tasks (Purchase Requisitions, Requests for Quotation and others).
- Support the Project Managers with Health, Safety and Environment documentation needed.
- Support the Project Managers with Quality and Continuous Improvement tasks needed.
Your background:
- "Formación Profesional" education related to accountability / finance
- 2 years of similar work experience
- SAP knowledge as user
- English (fluent, written and spoken)
