About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst to join our team at Promote Project. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing our manufacturing and production systems, ensuring seamless operations and effective integration across all relevant departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Support: Provide day-to-day operational support for Make-to-Sell and production systems, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for system improvements, efficiency enhancements, and cost-saving initiatives, and implement solutions to drive business results.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems affecting production, and provide training and guidance to users on system functionalities and best practices.
  • Data Analysis: Extract and analyze data from production systems to generate meaningful insights and reports, and implement data integrity measures to safeguard sensitive information.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay current with emerging integration technologies, trends, and best practices, and evaluate their potential impact and relevance to the organization.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years proven experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role, with a focus on Make-to-Sell and production systems.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions; proficiency in integration middleware platforms and tools; excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
