About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Wind Bid Coordinator to join our team at Ramboll. As a key member of our Business Intelligence & Sales function, you will play a critical role in supporting the coordination, preparation, and management of bids and proposals for our wind division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation Assistance: Assist in the preparation of pre-qualifications and proposals by collecting, compiling, and updating specific information for responses, CVs, and project references.
  • Tender Team Support: Provide support to the tender team by handling administrative tasks and internal processes, such as managing communication, managing the registration/updating process of the tender portal profile, scheduling meetings, preparing meeting materials, and facilitating the proposal signing process.
  • Data Management: Support documentation of client- and project-relevant data through a variety of digital tools (e.g., CRM) and assist in compiling information for business intelligence activities (e.g., key account and country meetings).
  • Content Management: Support in organizing and maintaining templates, references, capability statements, presentations, CVs, etc.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in project management, research, and communication. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
