Buscamos a un/a vendedor/a para nuestro corner ubicado el Corte Ingles de Diagonal, Barcelona.


Nuestro/a Sales Associate será responsable de proveer un excelente servicio de atención al cliente y de transmitir una fuerte imagen de marca en apariencia, presentación de producto y funcionamiento general en la tienda con el objetivo de lograr los resultados de ventas.

Inspirará a nuestros clientes con la imagen y el estilo de vida de nuestros productos

RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVE:
Atención al cliente:


 Proveer el más alto nivel de servicio al cliente tratando a todos los clientes con respeto, tacto y asegurando que tengan una experiencia inmejorable. Incentivar las ventas ofreciendo artículos extra y ayudando al cliente en su decisión. Demostrar un conocimiento profundo de todos los productos de la tienda, incluyendo los diferentes estilos, acabados y fabricación para poder comunicarlas correctamente a los clientes. Estar al día de las tendencias actuales y la posición de la marca dentro del mercado.Gestión del producto y del punto de venta:

Aplicar los estándares de calidad en tienda, procedimientos y políticas definidas (ventas, reposición de producto, etc.) Asegurarse de que todos los artículos tienen el precio correcto y tienen el dispositivo de seguridad. Asegurarse de que todas las entregas de mercancías son comprobadas de una manera eficiente, precisa y en el tiempo estimado. Realizar los procesos de gestión de pedidos, stock, inventarios, devolución, traspasos, etc. siguiendo las directrices dadas por la marca. Asegurarse de que todas las áreas de la tienda están limpias y ordenadas en todo momento. Estar al tanto de posibles robos e informar de cualquier incidente al responsable directo. Mantener las directrices del departamento de Visual merchandising.
FORMACIÓN Y EXPERIENCIA PREVIA REQUERIDA:

 Formación mínima: ESO. Experiencia de al menos 3 años en atención al cliente en venta al por menor. Conocimiento informático a nivel usuario (Paquete Office) Disponibilidad de incorporación inmediata y disponibilidad para turnos de tarde.

 Gran orientación al cliente, yendo incluso un paso más allá por satisfacer las necesidades de nuestros clientes. Persona con capacidad de resolución de problemas y responsable, que dedica el tiempo requerido a completar sus tareas y cumplir sus compromisos, asegurando una buena calidad en su trabajo. Persona orientada y comprometida con los resultados, con una comunicación clara a 360 grados (cliente, compañeros, empresa), que sabe planificar su trabajo y realiza un seguimiento para su consecución.
