The Role
The Head of People at Factorial will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with our business goals. This role oversees talent acquisition, talent development, engagement, and people operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR best practices, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating an exceptional employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy that supports Factorial's business objectives and growth plansProvide strategic guidance to the executive team on all HR-related mattersOversee the recruitment and onboarding processes to attract top talentDevelop talent management programs to identify, develop, and retain high-potential employeesCreate and implement employee engagement strategies to foster a motivated and committed workforceDesign and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growthDevelop competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talentEnsure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR operationsChampion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a diverse and inclusive workplace
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head of People, Chief People Officer, or similar senior HR leadership role in a SaaS or technology companyDeep knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulationsDemonstrated experience in talent acquisition, talent development, employee engagement, and people operationsStrong leadership and strategic thinking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levelsProven ability to develop and implement effective HR strategiesExperience in leading and managing a team of HR professionalsPassion for creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture
