Tu misión: Como National Sales Manager, serás el líder clave que impulsará el crecimiento y optimizará las ventas diarias para alcanzar nuestros ambiciosos objetivos estratégicos.

Tus responsabilidades :

Liderar los esfuerzos de ventas para clínicas en toda España, enfocándote en ventas directas al consumidor.Entrenar, motivar y asesorar a los equipos de Ventas y Médicos en nuestras 40 clínicas.Trabajar con los equipos locales en el proceso de ventas, ejecución y conversión.Garantizar la adherencia a las mejores prácticas y procedimientos estándar en todos los sitios.Proveer formación continua y materiales de capacitación al personal de la clínica.Monitorizar las métricas de ventas y asegurar que se cumplan los estándares de calidad.Implementar planes de contingencia proactivos y reactivos ante desafíos en los volúmenes de visitas.Fomentar una cultura de mejora continua para desafiar el status quo.Mantener excelentes relaciones inter funcionales para asegurar que los equipos entreguen efectivamente resultados superiores a los OKR corporativos.Lo que buscamos: Más de 5 años de experiencia en un rol similar.Experiencia en ventas directas B2C.Liderazgo fuerte: Capacidad demostrada para liderar y motivar un equipo de ventas en una amplia red de clínicas.Fluidez en inglés.Qué ofrecemos: Condiciones de trabajo únicas como parte de un equipo internacional y multicultural.
