What will your DAY-TO-DAY be like?
Investment management:Search for and evaluate investment opportunities in the blockchain technology sector (Ethereum Core Infra, Crypto x AI, Shared Security, Modular Paradigm, DeFi, Deep Cryptography...)Prepare investment memos and executive summaries on investment opportunities.Develop and present investment theses and recommendations to the investment committee• Portfolio management:Support portfolio companies in strategic planning, business development, and operational improvements.Act as a board member, providing governance and strategic guidance.Assist in fundraising rounds, commercial sales, and IPOs.
• Strategic advice:Advise founders on scaling their businessesFacilitate connections with key stakeholders, including potential partners, customers, and follow-on investors.Advise and coach startup teams to foster growth and innovation.
• Networking and representation:Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and in the mediaBuild and maintain relationships with other VCs, investors, and industry leaders.Actively contribute to the company's thought leadership through publications and public speakingWhat is the KEY to this position?Extensive experience in venture capital, with a proven track record of investments and successful exitsDeep knowledge of blockchain technology and the open economy, with specific investments in leading blockchain projectsStrong analytical and financial modeling skillsHigh proficiency in English.
